2. Return Eligibility Conditions

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns will only be accepted if:

  • All tags, seals, and accessories are intact

  • A proper unboxing video is available (mandatory)

  • The product is not damaged due to misuse

Products that are opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • A wrong item

You must:

  • Record a clear unboxing video without cuts

  • Share the video within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and issue details

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund.
